WELCOME

Are you looking for a professional who can help you discover your own constructive ways of dealing with challenges from past or present life experiences? Perhaps I can support you.

You may be struggling with setting boundaries in a relationship or wanting to find ways of expressing your needs, wishes or desires to your loved ones. Perhaps you are carrying the weight of traumatic events which are affecting your wellbeing.

Whatever you are going through, there is virtually no limit as to what you can bring to a counselling session. I will support you in exploring and understanding how this is impacting you and what changes you are seeking to achieve.

Below are a few topics that I will support clients in working through.

LIFE CHANGES & TRANSITIONS

STRESS, WORRY & ANXIETY

RELATIONSHIP DIFFICULTIES

TRAUMA & ABUSE

LOSS, GRIEF & BEREAVEMENT

SEXUALITY, GENDER & IDENTITY

PSYCHOTHERAPY

I am a fully qualified counsellor with an MSc in Person-Centred Psychotherapy and currently undertaking a Diploma in Clinical Sexology and Relationship Therapy. I work with a broad range of issues and have extensive knowledge in the fields of relationships, identity, gender and sexuality.

With a background in Art Photography, Gender Studies and a career in Sex Education I approach counselling with creativity, a non-judgemental attitude, openness and curiosity. I work with a firm belief in justice and equality, and continuously developing an anti-discriminatory practice.

I work online and by phone with clients in the UK and abroad in both my mother tongues, English and Swedish. In person sessions are offered with limited availability in central Bristol.

FREE CONSULTATION

I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone or video call during which you may ask questions and we can discuss what you are currently seeking support with. This gives us a chance to consider whether we could work well together and gives you an opportunity to see if you think counselling is for you.

If you are feeling low, confused or stuck in life, counselling can help bring clarity and understanding to issues that are affecting you. These insights can lead to constructive changes within yourself and in your relationships.
