Service Description

This 20-minute free introductory phone or video consultation gives you a chance to ask questions and we can discuss what you are currently seeking support with. This gives us both a chance to see whether we could work well together and gives you an opportunity to see if you think counselling is for you. If you can't find an available time during the upcoming week, feel free to check back in at a later time or email me to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet.
