Service Description

This 20-minute introductory phone or video consultation gives you a chance to ask questions and we can discuss what you are currently seeking support with. This gives us both a chance to see whether we could work well together and gives you an opportunity to see if you think counselling is for you.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is 24 hours. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled by email or SMS.
